Rosie will assist all ASIC agents with the ability to manage their clients corporate compliance affairs through the NowInfinity Slack solution.

Rosie will provide a look up of an Australian company, visually display a company profile, including current shareholding, directorship, any debts associated and registered address for instant action.

Rosie will prepare company minutes and resolutions for any change to a company, send to the relevant officeholders for signing and lodge directly with ASIC on your command.

Requirements:
To use bot you need to have Nowinfinity account with active ASIC Agent.
You can apply to become a registered agent by lodging a Notification to register change details of or cease as an agent (Form RA01).
